Running the NexuSys Auditor software does not require an internet connection. Neither is there any communication between the customer and NexuSys unless the customer initiates and controls the communication.

NexuSys also maintains a web site at www.nexuSys.com for the use of all customers and the public. Customers are permitted to submit articles and reviews regarding any information regarding Prosper or the NexuSys analyzes. This participation may require the use of identifying information such as username, etc. This participation is optional.
